Avahi is a free, LGPL implementation of DNS Service Discovery (DNS-SD RFC 6763) over Multicast DNS (mDNS RFC 6762), commonly known as and compatible with Apple Bonjour primarily targetting Linux.

Snap can be installed from the command line. Open the Konsole terminal and enter the following:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
To install avahi, simply use the following command:
sudo snap install avahi
Browse and find snaps from the convenience of your desktop using the snap store snap.
